In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "wa777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the wa777 platform at https://wa777.one, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is in the process of registering a wa777 account.
• "Platform" means the wa777 website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all games, sports betting markets, and services made available through it.
• "Account" means the personal account registered and maintained by a Player on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all wa777 transactions are denominated.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market, bingo round, or fishing arcade game available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's account as part of a wa777 promotion.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification and any other documents requested by wa777 for KYC compliance purposes.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which the current version of these Terms takes effect.

Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to any statute, regulation, or licence condition include any amendment or re-enactment thereof. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register a wa777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended wa777 account;
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of registration or wagering;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction expressly excluded by wa777's international gaming licence conditions;
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a wa777 employee or business partner, unless express written permission has been granted.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and current. wa777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal.

wa777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to give reasons for such a decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wa777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. wa777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify wa777 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. wa777 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

KYC verification documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered form. Submission of forged, edited, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

wa777 may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on accounts that exhibit unusual transaction patterns, high-value withdrawal requests, or other risk indicators. During an EDD review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused. wa777 will communicate the status of any such review to the affected Player via the registered email address within five (5) business days.

All financial transactions on the wa777 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wa777 supports the following Pakistani payment methods natively: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Platform Fees: wa777 charges zero platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals via any supported Pakistani payment method. Third-party banking or mobile wallet fees may apply at the payment provider's end and are beyond wa777's control.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business hour during standard operating hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically clear within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast) may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank.

wa777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal of Rs 50,000 or above. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement under our international gaming licence and is not specific to any individual Player.

Deposits that are credited to your wa777 account in error — whether due to a technical fault or any other reason — remain the property of wa777 and must be reported immediately. Wagering on erroneously credited funds before reporting the error constitutes a breach of these Terms.

wa777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds credited to a wa777 account must be wagered at least the stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• General wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x of the bonus amount. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details page.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to certain live dealer tables and low-margin sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds will expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion states a different validity period.
• wa777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.

wa777 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence that a Player has attempted to exploit promotional terms in bad faith, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine play.

All games and betting markets on the wa777 Platform are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market interface. Where a conflict exists between those specific rules and these general Terms, the specific game or market rules shall prevail in relation to the outcome of individual wagers.

All RNG-based games — including slots, Fortune Bingo, and King of Fishing — operate using certified Random Number Generator technology. Certification is carried out by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot title in the respective game information panel.

Live dealer games are operated from professional studio environments subject to ongoing operational and fairness audits. All shuffles, draws, and dealing procedures are governed by the rules of the respective game and are subject to oversight by wa777's licence conditions.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, and other events — are subject to the following rules:

• Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and are subject to acceptance at wa777's discretion.
• wa777 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event that was already concluded at the time of placement due to a delay in market data, or on any market where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement (beyond 24 hours), or abandonment, all affected wagers will be settled as void and the original stake returned to the Player's account.
• wa777 applies a maximum single-bet payout limit of Rs 5,000,000 (Five Million PKR). Any portion of a potential payout exceeding this limit will not be honoured.

wa777 uses automated and manual systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Any wager suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, use of prohibited software, or any other form of cheating will be voided pending investigation, and the account in question will be suspended.

In accordance with the obligations imposed by our international gaming licence, wa777 provides the following player protection tools to all registered accounts at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and may be increased only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss thresholds. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts at intervals of their choosing.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of the current gaming session and net win or loss position.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between one (1) day and six (6) months. During a temporary exclusion, the account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and marketing communications are suspended.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent account closure at any time. This action is irreversible. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

wa777 trains its support staff to recognise indicators of problem gambling. If our team identifies signs of potentially harmful play patterns, we may contact the affected Player to offer information about available support resources and responsible gaming tools, and we may apply protective account restrictions at our discretion.

Players who have self-excluded from wa777 must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion by any means. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa777 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or financial accounts;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any transaction connected with the proceeds of crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with staff members;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported immediately and will not be honoured;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes to a payment provider in bad faith after a wager has been settled;
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account wagering, stake-splitting arrangements, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Suspended Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may submit a formal dispute to wa777 support via live chat. wa777 will review all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. If a dispute remains unresolved, the Player may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under our international gaming licence.

All content on the wa777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio-visual elements, interface design, and brand identifiers — is the exclusive intellectual property of wa777 or its licenced third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any portion of the Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform;
• Use wa777 brand assets, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of wa777 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. wa777 actively monitors for misuse of its brand and will enforce its intellectual property rights vigorously.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside wa777's reasonable control;
• Delays in the settlement of wagers caused by third-party data feed errors or incomplete event data;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature whatsoever.

wa777's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their wa777 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits wa777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wa777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe, although wa777 will always endeavour to restore service as promptly as reasonably possible.

wa777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a wa777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by wa777 includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, national identity number, address, email address, telephone number, payment method details, device information, IP address, and wagering history. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of platform services.

wa777 may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, or licensed third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors) where required by law or our gaming licence obligations. Any such sharing is carried out under appropriate data processing agreements.
